Texila American University being the authorized education partner of General Educational Development (GED), has partnered with Guyana Online Academy of Learning (GOAL) to offer GED preparatory programs in Guyana.
The GOAL Scholarship initiative is a program that aims to provide access to tertiary level qualifications to Guyanese irrespective of where they live or work.
The General Educational Development (GED) offered by TAU is an intensive three (3) months Diploma program targeting applicants who were unable to write or who did not attain passes in five (5) subjects at the CXC/CSEC level. The GED is equivalent to the United States of America High School Diploma.
On successful completion of the GED program, students will be able to matriculate to four (4) year bachelor’s degree programs at Texila University or any other University that accepts GED qualifications.
