Texila American University had the privilege of hosting the Ministry of Home Affairs – Ministerial Taskforce on Trafficking in Persons on Thursday, January 25th, 2024, for a vital sensitization exercise aimed at raising awareness among students.
The Ministerial Taskforce, engaged with students and faculty from 10:30 am, conducting an insightful session on the pressing issue of human trafficking. The sensitization exercise encompassed informative presentations, interactive discussions, and the distribution of educational materials, empowering the university community with knowledge to recognize and combat human trafficking.
Texila American University, committed to promoting social responsibility alongside academic excellence, was honored to collaborate with the Ministry of Home Affairs on this crucial initiatives.
Dr Ajay K S Rajput, Chief Operations Officer at Texila American University, expressed gratitude for the visit, stating, “We appreciate the Ministry’s proactive approach in involving educational institutions in the fight against human trafficking.
