Texila American University successfully organized its 10th convocation ceremony on May 13th, awarding degrees to the batch. The ceremony’s chief guest was the honorable Minister of Health, Dr. Frank Anthony.
Moreover, the ceremony was adorned by the dignitaries, Mr. Saju Bhaskar, the honorable Chancellor, Ms. Mary Josephine, Dean of the College of Medicine, and Dr. Dheeraj Bansal. The graduating students, their parents, and other reputable faculty also made their presence and witnessed the grand graduation ceremony.
The degrees were awarded to a total of 62 students from Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor, Master of Public Health, and Bachelor of Business Administration. These students are professionally equipped with the required skills and training to meet the competitive world. They were examined for their qualification for which they fulfilled the standards to receive the degrees.
The graduating students felt proud to receive well-recognized graduation from one of the top and best universities. The honorable health minister, Dr. Mark Anthony, delivered the feature address with immense pleasure and appreciation. He extended his congratulatory greetings to the graduating class while encouraging them to take pride in their journeys.
Dr. Anthony encouraged the young aspiring minds with thoughtful words about the enormous opportunities that are about to welcome them. He highlighted the future possibilities in various fields for candidates with the required qualifications. He also expressed his gratitude in advance for their contributions to Guyana’s healthcare sector. His valuable message inspired the students with their further career prospects.
