Dr. Vishnu Bisram is an author who was born and received his formative education in Guyana and his tertiary education in USA and India. He is an educator and prolific writer. He writes extensively on the Indian diaspora, including Guyanese and other Indo Caribbean.
Dr Vishnu Bisram visited the TAU campus and met with the Heads of the institution. Dr Bisram, Head of the Institution, and ICS Executive members Talked about the Indo-Caribbean Society and programs taught at Texila. Dr Bisram appreciated the initiative of Texila.
