Your Application Checklist: Required Documents

For the review process, please prepare the following documents:

  • Completed Online Application. Apply Now
  • Color Copy of your Passport
  • 2 copies of Passport Photos
  • Transcripts from all previously attended institutions
  • Personal Statement (A brief explanation of your interest and experience in your chosen field; maximum 1,500 words)
  • Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • 2 Letters of Recommendation (At least one must be from an academic source)

Students seeking admission to the Medical Program are required to pass the Texila Medical Admissions Test (or submit a score report for the MCAT©) and Multiple Mini Interviews. Please refer to the 4-year MD Admission requirements for more information.
