Where an enrolment deferral is formally approved by TAU, an eligible amount may be carried forward to a future intake in accordance with the written approval and applicable University terms.
Fees for the future intake may differ.

Before making a payment, verify:
- The University or authorised recipient name
- Account or payment details
- Amount due
- Currency

TAU is not responsible for payments sent to an unauthorised individual or third-party account because the payer used information not officially issued by the University.

TAU does not retain full card credentials where payment processing is handled directly by an authorised payment provider.
Your bank, card provider or payment provider may decline a transaction.
A declined or incomplete transaction does not normally count as payment received by TAU.
If a payment appears unsuccessful but funds have been deducted, contact your bank or payment provider and TAU with the transaction reference.
Where you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Contact the relevant TAU Finance, Admissions or Student Services team.
- Provide your student/application details.
- Provide the relevant payment receipt or transaction reference.
- State the reason for the request.
- Submit any supporting documents requested by TAU.
- TAU will review the request against the terms applicable to the payment.
Where a refund is approved, the applicable processing method and expected timeline will be communicated to you.
Alternatively, you may submit your refund request and supporting details by email to the designated address: [email protected]
Bank charges, currency-conversion costs and other fees imposed by external financial institutions may not be controlled by TAU.
Any deduction made by a third party service provider may affect the amount ultimately received or returned.
3. Card disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If a chargeback is raised for fees that are not refundable under this Policy, TAU may suspend access to University services until the matter is resolved.
4. Questions About a Payment?
