Texila Guyana Research Articles

This page presents the annual compilation of research publications authored and co-authored by Texila students and faculty. It includes both internal institutional research outputs and publications in external, peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and academic platforms, reflecting the University’s commitment to structured and outcome-driven research.

At Texila, research is embedded into the academic framework rather than treated as an optional activity. All students actively participate in formal research methodology coursework, where the preparation of a research article is a defined and assessable learning outcome. Through systematic training, faculty mentorship, and academic review, every student is engaged in the research process, from conceptualization and data analysis to manuscript preparation and publication.

Faculty members contribute through independent and collaborative research, supervision of student projects, and active publication in recognized scholarly forums. This integrated model ensures alignment between teaching, research, and academic dissemination.

The Texila International Conference further strengthens this research ecosystem by serving as a dedicated platform for scholarly exchange. Students and faculty present research papers, posters, and oral presentations, fostering critical inquiry, academic dialogue, and global exposure.

Together, these initiatives establish a comprehensive and inclusive research culture that supports knowledge creation, academic rigor, and professional development across all levels of the University.
