How to Take Care of Our Health During COVID-19 Lockdown
Here are a few tips for maintaining our mental and physical health during this global pandemic:

- Sleep – Have enough sleep
- Be Mindful
- Enjoy – Enjoy every moment with your family and spend quality time with family members (which might not find a time when we resume to our normal activities)
- Engage – Do small activities at home to reduce boredom
- Avoid Media - Don’t watch the news or use social media that may intensify the pressure
- Stay Focused – Focus on your goals and live the moment rather than worrying about the future
Besides, maintaining hygienic practice is more important during this situation. It is all about cleanliness and hygiene:
- Wash your hands frequently
- Use alcohol-based sanitizer to rub your hand frequently if you are visiting public places
- Cover your nose and mouth while coughing (even if you are not infected)
- Do not have direct contact with infected people if you are in the medical sector
Moreover, watch out for any symptoms of COVID-19 like running nose, sore throat, cough, fever, and breathing difficulty; it can also be a common cold. Don’t panic, even if you have symptoms. It is curable even though there is no medication.
