Visit of Indian Delegate Shri Tejasvi Surya at Texila American University & Student Participation in High Commission Event
In a momentous and intellectually enriching occasion, Texila American University (TAU), Guyana campus, had the distinct honour of hosting Shri Lakya Suryanarayana Tejasvi Surya, Member of Parliament from Bangalore South and President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM). His visit marks a significant milestone in TAU’s continued commitment to fostering leadership, civic engagement, and youth empowerment.
The event began with a warm welcome extended to all dignitaries, faculty, students, and guests. The campus atmosphere was vibrant with excitement and pride as the TAU community gathered to celebrate this remarkable visit.

Dr. Dheeraj Bansal, Dean and Chief Academic Officer of TAU, officially opened the session with a thought-provoking welcome address. He emphasized the value of connecting students with visionary leaders who can ignite purpose, passion, and responsibility among the youth.
