A Major Administrative Shift Is Underway

The Big News

ECFMG → FSMB

What Changed?

What's New Under FSMB?

Step 3 Update

One More Change: Step 3

From March 10, 2026, Step 3 services shifted to the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). Plan your exam timeline accordingly.
